Meeting
Sixty-five RPOA members attended their monthly meeting at Fenwick Hall on June 3. Life membership presentations were made to Alan Dwyer, Rae Holloway and Joyce Beames, while entertainment was provided by the musical and singing talents of David Fewster and his friends.
Events
At least 80 RPOA members are expected to attend a barbecue picnic at Fort Largs on October 24. Attendees are advised to take chairs.
An RPOA dinner scheduled for November 11 should be booked for in advance. Details are:
- Time - 6pm for 6:30pm.
- Price - $17.00.
- Meal - three-course.
Those who require specific seating should advise the RPOA secretary. Specific seating cannot always be guaranteed, however, as the RPOA is governed by regulations in terms of numbers (120 including guests).
Advice
Those with knowledge of any RPOA members suffering ill-health are asked to advise the secretary.
