Police Credit Union

Park your money and earn a top rate!

Term deposits are an attractive option for investors looking for a stable and sensible way of investing their funds. Term deposits should be considered by those looking for a secure way of investing their money for periods of as little as one month to as much as two years.

Term deposits encourage disciplined savings – with funds invested safely for a fixed period – and ensure that the original funds invested are returned with interest. Police Credit Union has a variety of term deposit accounts.

For a limited time, you can make a secure investment of $50,000 or more for 9-12 months and earn the top rate of 5.00% p.a. Interest is calculated daily and paid on maturity.

To take advantage of one of the best term deposit investments available, call into any Police Credit Union branch or phone 131 844.

Minimum investment of $50,000. Terms and conditions, fees and charges and membership criteria apply. No seniors card bonus applies. Rates are current as at 15.9.03 but are subject to change.

2003 Credit Union Christmas Pageant

The Christmas Pageant holds a special place in the hearts and minds of generations of South Australians. For the people of Adelaide, the pageant heralds the countdown to Christmas Day. Police Credit Union is once again a proud sponsor of the 2003 Credit Union Christmas Pageant.

On Saturday, November 8, 2003, the streets of Adelaide will come to a standstill once again as the Credit Union Christmas Pageant weaves its magic through the city. The pageant will depart from the corner of King William Street and South Terrace at 9.50am. The parade through the streets of Adelaide will conclude at the landing stage in front of David Jones, the home of the Magic Cave, North Terrace, at 11:30am.

Keep an eye out for Police Credit Union staff on such floats as:

  • Rumba in Rio.
  • Pogo.
  • Boo Hoo the Jester.
  • Alice in Wonderland.
  • Ye Olde Pageant Tram.
  • Sleigh Ride.
  • Stardust Castle.

For loads of pageant information – including a map of the pageant route and a fun-and-games section for the kids – visit the pageant website (www.cupageant.com.au).
