Delegates endorse offer for membership vote
Police Association delegates met yesterday (24 July, 2001) to consider the offer from the Government relative to its claim in the third round of enterprise bargaining.
Delegates moved:
That the committee of management between 24 July 2001 and 14 August 2001 disseminate more detailed information to members in relation to the enterprise bargaining agreement with a view to putting the offer to the membership for a vote at the earliest opportunity after that date.
The association will provide full details of the offer in a letter to all members in the near future.
Police Association officials will attend workplaces as required to explain the offer further.
